Holiday cleansing juice


Feeling a little sluggish this morning? try this awesome cleansing juice recipe to reset your holiday gut. I came across this recipe by Lily Dimond

She’s taken the brightest components of your holiday meal (greens, cranberries, winter fruit) and threw them into a blender, it’s here to keep your body and mind sane through the holiday months.

Cranberries provide a bright, acid tartness to this blended green juice, and contribute a hefty dose of vitamin C to boost your immune system and deliver glow-giving antioxidants. Spinach and pear add grassy lightness and sweet depth. This juice is delicious first thing in the morning, or any time you’re in need of a seasonal pick-me-up.


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 medium pear
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour. Drink. Feel nourishment fill every cell.
