Celebrating the summer and embracing the outdoors is so important for your wellbeing, over the last few days I have been lucky enough to lead 2 outdoor yoga classes watching the sunset. In the beautiful surrounds of Grace View a group of like minded yogis grabbed their mats, blankets and enthusiasm and we rolled out our mats for a wonderfully uplifting evening chill down session.

The benefits of outdoor yoga are immense, being outside can intensify the yoga experience in many ways, since nature inspires all the things you try to affiliate with in the studio, by focusing awareness, breathing deeply, practicing stillness. By embracing rather than battling the elements a breeze can deepen your breathing, the warm sun can deepen poses by making muscles more pliable, and a ladybug or slug;) can invite you to focus on something small and still.
